The aim of the workshop is that everyone at the end of the session has gain knowledge in ways of using words for a further development into his/her own creative process or to serve as a way out of a creativity crisis.
Everyone has the potential to be creative. In many meaningful ways, creativity helps us to cope with everyday existential challenges and gain advantage to the uncertain.
To remain “creative” and deal with an increasingly uncertain future, people need to develop and exercise continuously their imagination, perception and memory skills, but also strength their connections and be in the line with the notions of time, body and space. These has been suggested by Lalo Gomes as the cornerstones for developing creativity.
Whatever the nature of the issue you are dealing with, from developing artistic projects, writing a scholar thesis or even resolving interpersonal problems - developing the creative quotient of yourself provides a foundation of optimism and a springboard to multiple ingenious possibilities.
In this working participants will train themselves in possible ways of translating their creativity potential using words associated to texts, images, objects, actions, i.e. The sessions will be a mixture of facilitated routine of exercises, role plays and feedback. Attending to the elementary concepts of time, body and space, participants are challenged to use their perception, imagination and memory in order to bring their creativity into a defined shape.
The participants will be encouraged to examine and understand their own and others expressive resources, and at the same time to partake in cooperative practices.

The workshop starts with an introduction of Lalo Gomes ́ own creative process. He tells in personal anecdotes about his relationship with creativity in different contexts, aiming to offer a key to better access the work participants will carry out in studio during the day.
This introduction will touch the following topics: stop being cautious, manage your powerlessness to become your strength, work with no shame, befriend simplicity, honesty, absurdity, curiosity and plurality, time-taking, creative coping, associative mind, thinking is more is more and showing is less is less, the importance of defending your work, learn from bad examples, and the big matter is who you are not of what you do.
There will be a following part for a warming up with a series of exercises and dynamics to prepare body and mind for the session.
Here are some of the activity titles of the sessions (without explanations - you can just use your imagination for now):
Finding personal expressive resources without using words. Looking through the richness of now. It is a painting or it is a story?. An interpretive experience of oneself for inner visualization. Writing after stimulus. Drawing meditation. Embodiment of Alter Egos. Exhaustion of names, numbers, places and meaning through the voice. Building new connections upon the randomness. The future of what already happened. Making a whole Universe only with a spark. Memories networking.
